mr.Booster's Full-Cycle Marketing Approach

A fragmented marketing setup can pose significant management issues for iGaming operators. When duties are spread across various contractors, coordination becomes cumbersome, and inconsistencies may further delay campaign launches. To confront these challenges, mr.Booster has emerged as a full-cycle marketing agency capable of providing comprehensive services that operators require.

Initially focusing on media buying and video advertising, mr.Booster quickly broadened its offerings to include SEO, retargeting, and brand protection. This strategic expansion consolidated all aspects of the marketing funnel into a single operational framework.

Leonid Pudov, the agency's CEO, explains, "Since all in-house teams work tightly together, everyone sees the full picture of the project rather than isolated tasks. This approach leads to fast launches, unified analytics, immediate troubleshooting, and campaign optimisation."

In addition to serving clients in the iGaming sector, mr.Booster collaborates with businesses from industries such as fintech, e-commerce, and Web3. The agency leverages its in-house marketing expertise along with proprietary technology. Its Ad Platform facilitates the launch of advertising campaigns, while Retarg supports both retargeting and client retention. Furthermore, BrandDuck identifies branded search traffic captured by affiliates, competitors, and other third-party websites.

The agency employs a “Hybrid Intelligence” model that integrates artificial intelligence to enhance high-volume workflows. Over 130 specialists steer strategy, make critical decisions, and hold accountability for performance, all while supported by more than 200 AI agents that automate various processes in campaign execution, localization, search engine reputation management, and SEO monitoring. As a result, a single SEO specialist can effectively manage dozens of websites.

mr.Booster’s rapid growth has accelerated since joining the RedCore international business group a year ago. With a shift beyond its startup stage, the agency has expanded its capabilities to support a larger enterprise. According to Pudov, "We already had the technology, an experienced team, and proven marketing solutions. But our partnership with RedCore has allowed us to accelerate our growth, expand our capabilities and move towards a larger-scale business model."

In the past year, mr.Booster’s clientele surged from 60 to 200, and the agency's workforce expanded considerably. Operating globally, it has established a significant presence in the CIS, Europe, Australia, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific, with plans to penetrate additional Tier-1 markets.

Pudov remarks, "RedCore became our partner not just for funding, but to offer real opportunities for scaling with less risk."

A major concern for operators is optimizing the value of existing traffic. Observations from various campaigns reveal that many users might exit the funnel prior to making an initial deposit, which signifies a potential for compliant re-engagement. Retarg, mr.Booster’s platform for acquisition and retargeting, enables operators to reconnect with users who have recently disengaged through precise audience segmentation and multi-touch campaigns that conform to relevant privacy and marketing laws.

Pudov notes, "Our approach prevents marketing budgets from going to waste and has the potential to increase player LTV."

Campaigns exclusively target eligible users, adhering to responsible gambling guidelines, self-exclusion policies, marketing preferences, and regional regulations. Clients can opt to manage these campaigns independently or seek assistance from mr.Booster’s team regarding strategy, creative production, and ongoing optimization.

In a notable case, an iGaming brand operating across Latin America and the CIS utilized Retarg to craft tailored messages for three distinct user categories—players active within a week, users inactive for 60 to 180 days, and first-time depositors. The targeted communications ensured compliance with local regulations, leading to a boost in registration-to-deposit conversions from 10% to 25%. The cost per first deposit among previously inactive users in Latin America was recorded at $4.06, significantly less than what mr.Booster estimates for acquiring a new player in the area.

"This approach prevents marketing budgets from going to waste and has the potential to increase player LTV," Pudov emphasizes.

Another focus for mr.Booster lies in aiding operators to retain potential customers who might be diverted before arriving at their website. Brands investing in awareness often find that searches for their names lead consumers to affiliate pages, competitors, or other external results instead of their own domains.

Searches including terms like "login" or "promo code" demonstrate high user intent. Pudov points out that if brand search engine results are left unmonitored, affiliates and competitors can seize over 40% of this high-intent traffic, thereby diverting demand that operators' marketing efforts have generated.

"Failing to protect branded search terms inflates acquisition costs," Pudov asserts. "You have already paid to acquire a user, but someone else gets the conversion. Many brands then have to pay to acquire the same user again—effectively paying twice."

mr.Booster’s BrandDuck tool enables teams to monitor branded search results, pinpointing where branding exposure may be lost. The feature tracks the top 100 results for brand queries and organizes URLs by type, allowing marketing teams to address identified issues collaboratively.

For instance, an Australian iGaming client revealed that third-party review sites and affiliate links dominated its branded search results on Google. By employing BrandDuck for daily monitoring, mr.Booster was able to identify traffic leaks and gather documentation for formal complaints, additionally creating a support network to enhance the client's visibility in search results.

Pudov explains, "This ongoing SERP maintenance, plus a satellite network we’ve built to dominate top positions, allowed us to reclaim 60% of branded search results and bring acquisition costs down to $44 per deposit."

Looking ahead, mr.Booster aims to merge its expansion into Tier-1 markets with the continuous development of its product and service offerings. Expanding its client base beyond the CIS, it plans to target regions such as Latin America and North America while also exploring projects outside the iGaming sector.

The objective is to provide more comprehensive marketing solutions, facilitating coordinated assistance for partners as they venture into new markets or scale their campaigns. Additionally, mr.Booster is preparing to launch BrandDuck as a standalone product.

The agency also plans to enhance its AI capabilities in traffic acquisition, marketing, design, internal operations, and software development, while recruiting more specialists to meet the demands of its growing reach.

For partners, this combination of advanced technology and human expertise aims to support their evolving marketing requirements. Pudov states, "We don’t plan to stick to a single focus area, so expect to see us broadening our scope in many ways next year."

Despite its growth plans, mr.Booster’s core mission remains unchanged: to bridge acquisition, re-engagement, and brand protection, ensuring operators maximize the value from the demand they generate.
