Gambling.com Group Limited, now known as Grandstand Limited, has officially rebranded. Starting July 23, 2026, the company's ordinary shares will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “GRSD.” The launch of their new corporate website, grandstand.com, complements this transition.
Since its initial public offering in July 2021, the company has expanded its operations significantly beyond just performance marketing. The name change to Grandstand reflects its current position at the center of the sports and gaming landscape, aiming to enhance the experience for consumers and strengthen partnerships through an extensive range of data, technology, content, and audience solutions.
The rebranding also clarifies the distinction between Grandstand and its consumer-focused brand Gambling.com, which will continue to operate as a reliable site for comparisons and reviews.
Kevin McCrystle, the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Grandstand, emphasized the significance of the new name, stating, "Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment. The new name brings together the broad array of products and services in our portfolio, while also creating room for what we are building now and our long-term roadmap."
Currently, Grandstand caters to both consumers and partners. Its consumer brands reach millions worldwide, guiding users to find competitive odds, choose the right casino, succeed in fantasy leagues, and maximize their Las Vegas experiences. Brands such as OddsJam, RotoWire, Gambling.com, Casinos.com, and WhichBingo serve distinct audiences to provide valuable information.
Grandstand’s solutions for partners encompass data, advertising, and technology across four main categories:
1. **Sports Data**: Real-time odds data, injury reports, and sports content that assist decision-making for sportsbooks, trading desks, market makers, fantasy platforms, and sports media, utilizing tools like OpticOdds and RotoWire.
2. **Advertising**: Adtech and commercial initiatives that connect casino and sportsbook entities with relevant target audiences through trusted consumer brands.
3. **Audience Monetization**: A platform that provides technology and commercial support to media companies, apps, communities, and influencers, enabling them to monetize their audiences effectively.
4. **Entertainment & Tickets**: Ticketing and experiences for Las Vegas venues, casinos, and hotels, offered through Spotlight.Vegas.
There are no actions required from existing shareholders as the company's ordinary shares will still be traded on Nasdaq, with the CUSIP number remaining unchanged.
