Gambling.com Group Rebrands to Grandstand Limited

Gambling.com Group Limited, now known as Grandstand Limited, announced its rebranding today, with a name change set to take effect from July 23, 2026. The company's ordinary shares will be traded on the Nasdaq Global Market under the new ticker symbol "GRSD." The corporate website has also been updated to grandstand.com.

Since its initial public offering in July 2021, the company has significantly expanded its operations beyond performance marketing. The rebranding to Grandstand aims to reflect its current position at the hub of the sports and gaming ecosystem, enhancing consumer decision-making and strengthening partnerships through its diverse offerings in data, technology, content, and audience solutions.

The name change distinguishes Grandstand as a corporate identity from Gambling.com, the consumer-facing brand, which will remain an authoritative source for comparisons and reviews in gaming.

Kevin McCrystle, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Grandstand, stated, "Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment. The new name brings together the broad array of products and services in our portfolio while also creating room for what we are building now and our long-term roadmap."

At present, Grandstand serves both consumers and partners. Its consumer brands reach millions worldwide, assisting users in finding optimal odds, selecting casinos, winning fantasy leagues, and maximizing their Las Vegas experiences. Notable brands under Grandstand include OddsJam, RotoWire, Gambling.com, Casinos.com, and WhichBingo, each catering to distinct audiences.

For partners, Grandstand offers comprehensive solutions in areas such as:

– Sports Data: Provides real-time odds, line movement, injury updates, and sports content. This data supports decisions for sportsbooks, trading desks, market makers, fantasy platforms, and sports media through products like OpticOdds and RotoWire.

– Advertising: Connects casino and sportsbook operators with relevant audiences via trusted consumer brands.

– Audience Monetization: Supports media companies, apps, communities, and influencers in efficiently monetizing their audiences through Grandstand Partners.

– Entertainment & Tickets: Offers ticketing and experiences for Las Vegas venues, casinos, and hotels through Spotlight.Vegas.

Current shareholders will not need to take any action, as the company's ordinary shares will continue to be listed on Nasdaq without any change to the CUSIP number.
