Gambling.com Group Rebrands as Grandstand Limited

Gambling.com Group Limited has officially rebranded itself as Grandstand Limited, effective from the market opening on July 23, 2026. With this new identity, the company will list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "GRSD." In addition, the newly updated corporate website is now accessible at grandstand.com.

Since its initial public offering in July 2021, the company has significantly expanded its business beyond performance marketing. The rebranding to Grandstand reflects its current position within the sports and gaming ecosystem, aiming to enhance consumer choices and strengthen partnerships through an extensive range of data, technology, content, and audience solutions.

This change also clarifies the distinction between Grandstand, as the corporate entity, and Gambling.com, the consumer-facing brand, which will persist as a reputable comparison and review website.

Kevin McCrystle, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, emphasized that the name Grandstand resonates with the company's role as a leading force that aids informed decision-making for both consumers and partners in sports, gaming, and entertainment. He added, “The new name Grandstand brings together the broad array of products and services in our portfolio, while also creating room for what we are building now and our long-term roadmap.”

Currently, Grandstand services a diverse consumer base and business partnerships. Its consumer brands, including OddsJam, RotoWire, Gambling.com, Casinos.com, and WhichBingo, engage millions globally, assisting users in finding optimal odds and casinos, winning fantasy leagues, and maximizing experiences in Las Vegas.

Grandstand’s offerings for partners encompass vital areas such as:

– **Sports Data**: Providing real-time odds, line movements, injuries, and sports content to inform decisions for sportsbooks, trading desks, market makers, fantasy platforms, and sports media, through platforms like OpticOdds and RotoWire.
– **Advertising**: Delivering ad tech and commercial solutions that connect casino and sportsbook operators with targeted audiences across trusted consumer brands.
– **Audience Monetization**: Offering technology and commercial support to enable media companies, apps, communities, and influencers to scale their audience monetization strategies through Grandstand Partners.
– **Entertainment & Tickets**: Facilitating ticketing and experiences for venues, casinos, and hotels in Las Vegas via Spotlight.Vegas.

There is no action required from existing shareholders, as the ordinary shares will continue to be listed on Nasdaq, and the CUSIP number will remain unchanged.
