mr.Booster's Approach to Full-Cycle Marketing in iGaming

Managing a fragmented marketing setup poses significant challenges for iGaming operators, as the division of responsibilities among various contractors often leads to coordination difficulties and delays in campaign launches. Recognizing this issue, mr.Booster emerged as a comprehensive solution by establishing itself as a full-cycle marketing agency capable of addressing the diverse needs of these operators.

Originally focused on media buying and video advertising, the agency has quickly broadened its reach to include services like SEO, retargeting, and brand protection, thus consolidating all marketing activities under one roof.

Leonid Pudov, mr.Booster's CEO, emphasizes the benefit of this configuration: "Since all in-house teams work tightly together, everyone sees the full picture of the project rather than isolated tasks. This approach leads to fast launches, unified analytics, immediate troubleshooting, and campaign optimization."

mr.Booster has also diversified its clientele beyond iGaming, serving sectors like fintech, e-commerce, and Web3. The agency’s technology offerings include the mr.Booster Ad Platform for launching advertising campaigns, Retarg for retention and retargeting, and BrandDuck to monitor branded search traffic captured by competitors or affiliates.

A unique feature of mr.Booster is its “Hybrid Intelligence” model, which integrates AI for optimizing high-volume workflows. Over 130 specialists collaborate on strategy and decision-making, supported by more than 200 AI agents that automate various processes, including SEO monitoring and reputation management. This system enables a single SEO expert to oversee multiple websites effectively.

The agency has experienced rapid growth and enhanced service offerings since joining the RedCore international business group a year ago. Previously in a startup phase, mr.Booster leveraged its partnership with RedCore to scale operations and refine its business model.

"We already had the technology, an experienced team and proven marketing solutions. But our partnership with RedCore has allowed us to accelerate our growth, expand our capabilities and move towards a larger-scale business model," Pudov explains.

Within the first year of collaboration with RedCore, mr.Booster’s portfolio expanded from 60 to 200 clients, and the agency has achieved significant global penetration, especially in regions like CIS, Europe, Australia, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. Future plans include further expansion into Tier-1 markets.

In addressing the common challenge of maximizing the value of existing traffic, mr.Booster offers solutions via Retarg, its retargeting platform aimed at re-engaging users who drop off before making a deposit. The platform operates in compliance with privacy and marketing laws, ensuring responsible engagement.

Pudov mentions a notable case where an iGaming brand implemented Retarg effectively, targeting distinct user segments: those active in the last week, those inactive for 60-180 days, and new users. The result was a registration-to-deposit conversion increase from 10% to 25%, with the cost per first deposit dropping to $4.06—substantially less than the average acquisition costs in the region.

Beyond retargeting, mr.Booster also aims to enhance brand protection. Many operators find that despite their investments in generating traffic, users may instead land on affiliate pages or competitor sites when searching for their brand. High-intent searches often include terms like “login” or “promo code.” According to Pudov, case studies reveal that unmonitored search engine results can allow competitors to capture over 40% of this valuable traffic.

"Failing to protect branded search terms inflates acquisition costs. You have already paid to acquire a user, but someone else gets the conversion, forcing brands to pay to acquire the same user again—effectively paying twice," he states.

To combat this, mr.Booster developed BrandDuck, a tool that monitors branded searches and analyzes top results. In one instance involving an Australian iGaming client, the agency's efforts successfully reclaimed 60% of branded search results, effectively reducing acquisition costs to $44 per deposit.

Looking ahead, mr.Booster aims to expand into Tier-1 markets while developing its product offerings further. The agency plans to target regions outside the CIS, including Latin America and North America, while also pursuing projects beyond iGaming.

With the goal of providing comprehensive marketing solutions, mr.Booster is preparing to release BrandDuck as a standalone product. The agency is also enhancing its use of AI in various aspects of operations and intends to recruit more specialists to support its growing reach.

Pudov concludes, "Looking forward, we don’t plan to stick to a single focus area, so you will definitely see us broadening our scope in many ways next year." Despite its expansion, the core mission remains unchanged: linking acquisition, re-engagement, and brand protection to help operators maximize the value of the demand they create.
