Soft2Bet's MEGA Platform: Enhancing Player Engagement

Harrison Barrett, Vice President of Business Development at Soft2Bet, shared insights on the progression of the company's MEGA platform during an interview with the iGB team at iGB L!VE 2026. Initially designed as a gamification tool, MEGA has transformed into something more substantial, according to Barrett, who emphasized that it is now “much more compelling than simply leaderboards, missions, and point-based rewards.”

Barrett described MEGA as “ultimately a retention tool that helps our partners move away from heavy bonus and costs.” The platform’s innovative features are already making waves in North America, where initiatives themed around hockey and the UFC have sparked increased user engagement. Notably, the introduction of MEGA Shoot, a player-versus-player simulation game centered on penalty shootouts during the World Cup, resulted in a significant uptick in lifetime value, reportedly by 45%.

Barrett elaborated that MEGA fosters a sense of connection for players within the ecosystem of brands that Soft2Bet manages, enhancing the overall user experience.
