Weekly iGaming Stock Overview (Oct 13-19, 2026)

The iGaming stock market experienced a notable decline during the week of October 13-19, 2026. All listed companies reported drops in their stock prices, with Bragg Gaming standing out as the sole company among the smallest four to post gains.

Among the larger operators, a general downward trend was evident. DraftKings recorded the largest trading volume, while Sports Entertainment Gaming Global saw the most significant percentage decline. Compared to the prior week's figures, these dynamics indicate ongoing weakness throughout the sector rather than isolated issues with individual companies.

Here's a summary of the iGaming sector's weekly stock performance:

Looking at the large-cap companies, Flutter Entertainment experienced a modest decrease of 0.76%. The company’s exposure in Brazil is under scrutiny, as the recently imposed betting ban there could potentially lower its revenue by approximately $70 million and adjusted EBITDA by around $20 million if the ban lasts until the end of the year.

DraftKings, down 2.12%, led in trading volume, exceeding Flutter’s trades by more than nine times, indicating its significant presence in the market. The impact on DraftKings from the Brazil situation is less clear, given its primary operations are based in the U.S.

Super Group saw a decline of 1.51%. Its brand Sportingbet is among those affected by the Brazilian shutdown, but only 1% of its 2025 revenue was generated from South America, suggesting limited overall impact based on historical data.

Churchill Downs reported a more minor decrease of 0.55%, benefitting from its diversified operations across racing, casinos, and gaming, which reduces direct exposure to Brazil's online gambling restrictions.

Rush Street Interactive faced a 2.32% drop, continuing a trend of declines without evidence linking its revenue losses to the Brazilian ban.

In the mid-cap segment, Brightstar Lottery fell by 2.06%, while Accel Entertainment and Codere Online reported drops of 1.63% and 1.87%, respectively. The regulatory changes in Brazil are relevant for Codere, but there’s insufficient proof of revenue loss. Meridian Holdings saw the steepest decline among this group at 2.38%, while Inspired Entertainment's 3.54% drop marked the largest for companies above the $50 million market cap.

In contrast, Bragg Gaming was the only company among the smaller firms to show growth with a gain of 2.46%. Its model as a technology supplier means its exposure to Brazil largely hinges on its customer contracts.

Sports Entertainment Gaming Global faced the largest reported decline at 8.67%, a significant fluctuation considering its small market cap of $4.68 million, which also highlights the volatility of its stock performance.

The ongoing pressure on many firms in the iGaming sector is evident, with SEGG and INSE taking the hardest hits among smaller companies. While RSI and DraftKings face losses among their larger peers, Flutter and Churchill Downs have exhibited resilience despite their slight drops. The Brazilian betting landscape continues to pose significant risks, yet it cannot account for all downturns experienced across the sector. As the market evolves, next week’s analysis will focus on distinguishing those companies facing confirmed risks related to Brazil from those impacted by broader market conditions.
