mr.Booster's Comprehensive Marketing Strategy for iGaming Operators

Managing a fragmented marketing setup can pose significant challenges for iGaming operators. Dividing responsibilities among multiple contractors can lead to delays in coordination and inconsistency in launching campaigns.

mr.Booster, a full-cycle marketing agency, seeks to alleviate these burdens by offering a comprehensive suite of services. Originally focused on media buying and video advertising, it swiftly broadened its scope to include SEO, retargeting, and brand protection, effectively consolidating various marketing functions into a single operation.

Leonid Pudov, the chief executive of mr.Booster, emphasizes the benefits of this integrated approach. "Since all in-house teams work tightly together, everyone sees the full picture of the project rather than isolated tasks. This leads to fast launches, unified analytics, immediate troubleshooting, and campaign optimization," he explains.

The agency has expanded its service offerings and now caters to clients in diverse sectors such as fintech, e-commerce, and Web3. The mr.Booster Ad Platform allows clients to launch advertising campaigns, while the Retarg platform focuses on retargeting and enhancing retention. Their proprietary tool, BrandDuck, helps identify brand search traffic captured by affiliates, competitors, and other third-party websites.

Utilizing a model termed "Hybrid Intelligence," mr.Booster combines human expertise with artificial intelligence to streamline extensive workflows. With a team of over 130 specialists backed by more than 200 AI agents, the agency can automate processes across campaign execution, localizations, SEO monitoring, and search engine reputation management. According to the agency, this setup allows one SEO expert to oversee dozens of websites.

The growth of mr.Booster has surged since joining the international business group RedCore a year ago, which enabled the agency to scale its operations significantly. "We already had the technology, an experienced team, and proven marketing solutions,” notes Pudov. “But our partnership with RedCore has allowed us to accelerate our growth and expand our capabilities."

In just one year, mr.Booster’s client base skyrocketed from 60 to 200 and its team size expanded to meet increased demand. The agency now has a worldwide presence, with activities spanning the CIS, Europe, Australia, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. Plans are underway to penetrate more Tier-1 markets.

Addressing the common challenge of maximizing the value derived from existing traffic, mr.Booster implements strategies to engage users who may leave the funnel before making a first deposit. Retarg aids operators in reconnecting with dropped users through targeted audience segments and multi-touch campaigns, adhering to privacy and marketing communications laws.

Pudov shares the success of a case study involving an iGaming brand that utilized Retarg to craft targeted campaigns for three specific user groups. After its application, the conversion rate from registration to deposit increased from 10% to 25%. In Latin America, the cost per first deposit for previously non-depositing users was $4.06, significantly lower than new player acquisition costs.

To protect demand already generated by operators, mr.Booster also focuses on preventing potential customers from being diverted elsewhere before reaching the operator’s website. When a brand invests in awareness, searches for its name may inadvertently lead users to affiliate pages or competitor sites.

"Failing to protect branded search terms inflates acquisition costs," states Pudov. He illustrates how unmonitored search engine results can see affiliates and competitors capturing over 40% of high-intent branded traffic.

mr.Booster’s BrandDuck tool monitors and categorizes URLs for branded searches, helping marketing teams take corrective actions. In one incident, they successfully reclaimed 60% of branded search results for an Australian client, resulting in reduced acquisition costs.

Moving forward, mr.Booster aims to combine its expansion into Tier-1 markets with further development of its products. The agency seeks to extend its capabilities beyond the CIS, targeting Latin America, North America, and other regions while pursuing new projects outside iGaming.

The agency plans to enhance its offerings, making BrandDuck available as a standalone product and using AI more broadly in acquisition, marketing, and software development. This evolution will ensure they continue to meet the changing marketing needs of their partners.

Pudov summarizes their vision: "In short, we don’t plan to stick to a single focus area, so you will definitely see us broadening our scope in many ways next year." Despite its growth, mr.Booster maintains its commitment to connecting acquisition, re-engagement, and brand protection, enabling operators to maximize the value of the demand they generate.
