Managing a fragmented marketing setup poses significant challenges for iGaming operators. When duties are split across various contractors, it can lead to delays in coordination, resulting in slower campaign launches.
Recognizing this issue, mr.Booster identified an opportunity to streamline these processes by operating as a full-cycle marketing agency capable of providing a comprehensive array of services needed by operators.
Initially, the agency focused on media buying and video advertising. However, it quickly expanded its services to include SEO, retargeting, and brand protection, effectively consolidating the entire marketing funnel under one roof.
"Since all in-house teams work closely together, everyone has visibility into the full scope of the project rather than merely focusing on isolated tasks," explains Leonid Pudov, chief executive of mr.Booster. "This leads to faster launches, unified analytics, immediate troubleshooting, and optimized campaigns."
mr.Booster, which also caters to clients in fintech, e-commerce, and Web3, combines expertise from its in-house marketing teams with proprietary technology products. Notably, the mr.Booster Ad Platform enables clients to run advertising campaigns, while Retarg aids in retargeting and retention efforts. Additionally, BrandDuck helps identify branded search traffic captured by affiliates, competitors, and other third-party sites.
The agency's "Hybrid Intelligence" model employs AI to enhance and expedite high-volume workflows. More than 130 specialists craft strategies, make crucial decisions, and remain accountable for performance, supported by over 200 AI agents. These agents automate processes such as campaign execution, localization, search engine reputation management, and SEO monitoring, allowing one SEO expert to oversee multiple websites.
The agency's growth trajectory has accelerated significantly since it joined the international business group RedCore a year ago. As it transcended its startup phase, mr.Booster recognized the necessity to support a larger business.
"We already possessed the technology, an experienced team, and effective marketing solutions," remarks Pudov. "But our partnership with RedCore has enabled us to fast-track our growth, broaden our capabilities, and transition to a larger-scale business model."
During its first year with RedCore, mr.Booster saw its client base soar from 60 to 200, with significant team expansions as well. The agency now operates globally, with substantial activities in the CIS, Europe, Australia, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific, and is eyeing further growth in Tier-1 markets.
"RedCore has become a partner not only for funding but also in providing substantial opportunities for scalable growth with reduced risk," says Pudov.
mr.Booster particularly addresses the challenge of maximizing value from already acquired traffic, acknowledging that many users may exit the funnel before making their first deposit. This scenario presents an opportunity for compliant re-engagement strategies.
The agency's Retarg platform assists operators in reconnecting with users who have fallen off at various stages in the marketing funnel, using precise audience segmentation and multi-touch campaign strategies that adhere to privacy and marketing communication laws.
"Our strategy prevents marketing budgets from being wasted and has the potential to enhance player lifetime value (LTV)," Pudov asserts.
Campaigns are directed exclusively at eligible users, adhering to responsible gambling requirements and local regulations. Clients have the option to manage campaigns independently or enlist mr.Booster's team for guidance, creative production, and ongoing optimization.
In a notable case study, an iGaming brand operating in Latin America and the CIS utilized Retarg to tailor messages for three distinct audience segments. Campaigns targeted players active within the last week, users inactive for 60–180 days, and those who had never made a deposit. Users received only permissible promotional and re-engagement messages that complied with local requirements.
Pudov highlighted that the conversion from registration to deposit surged from 10% to 25% as a result of these efforts. Furthermore, in Latin America, the cost for first deposits among users who had never previously deposited was reported at $4.06, significantly lower than the estimated cost of acquiring a new player in the region.
"Ultimately, this approach prevents waste in marketing budgets and stands to increase player LTV," Pudov stated.
mr.Booster is also focused on safeguarding operators from losing potential customers before they even visit their websites. After investing in brand awareness, operators may discover that search queries involving their names often lead users to third-party affiliate pages, competitors, or other results rather than to their own sites.
High-intent searches for a brand, especially those followed by terms like "login" or "promo code," indicate potential customers. However, industry studies, including those conducted by mr.Booster, indicate that neglecting the search engine results page (SERP) can result in affiliates and competitors seizing over 40% of such traffic, diverting demand that operators have previously cultivated through their marketing initiatives.
"Neglecting branded search terms inflates acquisition costs," Pudov warns. "You’ve already invested to attract a user, but someone else reaps the reward. Many brands then face the need to reacquire the same user, effectively doubling their costs."
mr.Booster's BrandDuck tool assists marketing teams in identifying their branded search exposure by monitoring the top 100 results for searches and categorizing the URLs involved. The structured reports generated enable teams to investigate issues and coordinate responses with partners.
For example, Pudov cites an Australian iGaming client whose branded Google results were dominated by third-party review sites and affiliate domains. By leveraging BrandDuck, mr.Booster performed daily monitoring, identified areas of leakage, and compiled evidence for formal complaints. Additionally, the agency developed a network of supporting websites to bolster the client’s online presence in those results.
“This ongoing SERP maintenance, along with a satellite network we built to dominate top positions, allowed us to reclaim 60% of branded search results and reduce acquisition costs to $44 per deposit," Pudov elaborates.
Looking ahead, mr.Booster plans to combine its expansion into Tier-1 markets with further development of its own products and sub-services. There is an ongoing effort to broaden client outreach beyond the CIS into Latin America, North America, and other regions while also pursuing opportunities outside the iGaming sector.
The goal remains to offer comprehensive end-to-end marketing projects, giving partners coordinated support as they explore new markets and expand their campaigns. As part of this effort, mr.Booster is preparing to launch BrandDuck as a standalone product.
The agency will continue to enhance its use of AI in traffic acquisition, marketing, design, internal processes, and software development, while also recruiting additional specialists to accommodate its expanding scope and reach.
For partners, this means access to innovative technology paired with the expertise necessary to adapt to evolving marketing demands.
"We don't intend to remain focused on a single area, so expect to see us broaden our scope significantly next year," concludes Pudov. Despite this growth, mr.Booster's core focus will persist: connecting acquisition, re-engagement, and brand protection to help operators derive greater value from the demand they cultivate.
