Tech Race Summit 2026 to Highlight Engineering in iGaming

SOFTSWISS has joined forces with iGB and ICE to launch the Tech Race Summit 2026, an event set to promote engineering and technology discussions within the iGaming industry. Scheduled for September 10, 2026, in Warsaw, Poland, the summit aims to unite experts from major technology companies, including AWS, Google, Oracle, Cloudflare, Fastly, Gcore, and ScyllaDB, to discuss the backbone technologies driving modern digital enterprises.

WorldGaming will act as the media partner for the Tech Race Summit, aiming to foster deeper engagement in the technological discussions that will start at this event and carry on into ICE 2027. The agenda for the summit will concentrate on technical decision-making, real-world engineering experiences, and the future of digital infrastructure.

Despite the numerous industry events held throughout the year, opportunities for stakeholders to tackle technology challenges from an engineering viewpoint in high-load industries have been scarce.

Margaret Dunn, portfolio director at WorldGaming, commented on the significance of the summit, stating, "Technology is becoming one of the defining forces in iGaming, yet dedicated engineering discussions have remained relatively rare. We're pleased to support Tech Race Summit 2026 as we will focus on this topic at ICE 2027."

She further added, "Encouraging knowledge sharing across the industry is an important responsibility, and we believe these conversations will benefit the entire sector."

Sergey Kastukevich, CTO of SOFTSWISS, stressed that the event would provide a valuable opportunity to exchange practical insights and better comprehend the future directions of cloud infrastructure, AI, and high-load systems.

AI has emerged as a leading topic in the iGaming sector, with various companies adopting large language models. For instance, Cubeia, a platform provider, is employing AI to generate all its back and frontend code, aiming to accelerate client updates. Other notable applications of AI in the industry include AI-enhanced live casino experiences and slot games.

As AI's presence grows, the sector will inevitably face broader challenges related to increased adoption and the technology firms that support these advancements.

Early bird tickets for the summit are available until July 31 on the Tech Race website.
