Broadway Platform has launched BroadGuard, a risk management tool designed to enhance its expansive product ecosystem by facilitating real-time risk profiling across 60 distinct parameters. This innovative tool is considered among the most comprehensive in the industry, capable of tracking IP addresses, device geolocation, operating systems, device types, screen resolutions, browsers, and numerous other significant data points.
BroadGuard's user-friendly back office, combined with centralized operator data, allows operators to analyze player activities and create extensive reports that encompass payments, alerts, deposits, withdrawals, and critical behavioral insights.
Utilizing a rule engine, BroadGuard assigns risk scores to players based on their activities and risk markers, providing operators with an efficient means to monitor alerts and make instant decisions. Depending on these player scores, operators can implement measures such as imposing limits, blocking certain activities, or restricting access to bonuses.
This tool significantly aids operators in tackling issues like bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and various fraud types through enhanced visibility, automated risk detection, and actionable insights.
With the addition of tools like BroadHub and BroadGuard, Broadway Platform emphasizes innovation and a deep understanding of customer needs in its strategic approach. Giorgi Samkharadze, Director at Broadway Platform, commented, "When we built BroadGuard, our priority was to create a solution that seamlessly connects the entire ecosystem. All player data is now consolidated within a single database, allowing information and documentation to be analyzed within seconds and transformed into actionable insights. This enables our partners to make informed, transparent, and fully auditable decisions while keeping player protection at the core of our product suite."
He further stated, "Our goal was to reduce the fraud ratio to below 1%. We achieved this objective and, in some of the most challenging fraud environments in Africa, particularly in Mozambique and Ghana, we also reduced the withdrawal-to-deposit ratio by 10%, helping operators strengthen risk management, improve operational efficiency, and create a safer player experience.
