OpenBet to Acquire OmniLogic for Enhanced Sportsbook and Lottery Solutions

OpenBet has announced an agreement to acquire OmniLogic, a specialist in sportsbook technology, aiming to bolster its presence in regulated lottery markets and enhance its offerings for Tier 1 operators.

Subject to regulatory approvals, the deal is anticipated to close in late 2026.

OpenBet plans to utilize OmniLogic's proven technology, expertise, and established customer relationships to complement its own operations and enhance its global reach. The company has labeled OmniLogic as "the partner of choice for lotteries worldwide."

Nikos Konstakis, the president of OpenBet, referred to the acquisition as “a natural extension” of the company’s strategic goals focused on meeting the needs of operators in highly regulated markets. He emphasized that lotteries continue to be a crucial area for future growth, stating that they “remain the core focus of our growth strategy, and OmniLogic has built a strong reputation in this sector through long-standing customer partnerships and a deep understanding of their requirements.”

OmniLogic, founded by Vicente Torrejón and Dávid Márk Gábor, has established itself over the past decade by providing sportsbook technology for regulated lottery operators and members of the World Lottery Association (WLA). The leadership team noted that gaining access to OpenBet’s extensive scale and product portfolio is a key advantage of the merger.

The OmniLogic platform delivers omnichannel betting solutions across the EMEA region, featuring integrated trading, risk management, and back-office functionalities. Torrejón and Gábor stated, “Our focus has always been on providing our customers with reliable technology, deep expertise and long-term partnership. Joining OpenBet gives us the opportunity to build on that foundation as part of one of the world’s leading sportsbook businesses. For our customers, it brings the additional scale, capabilities and product portfolio of OpenBet, while maintaining the specialist knowledge and continuity they value today.”

Last year, OpenBet completed a $450 million management buyout led by CEO Jordan Levin, who noted that the transition positions the company to better pursue market expansion and product innovation, shaping the future of betting and gaming entertainment.
