Evoplay, known for its award-winning game development, has launched a Halloween-themed slot titled The Castle of Slotenstein, which draws inspiration from the classic Frankenstein tale. In this release, players step into the shoes of a mad scientist, venturing into his creepy castle in search of impressive wins.
The game features three different pumpkin Bonus symbols, each associated with unique boosters. The Green Shock symbols enhance the initial number of Bonus Game spins from three to four. Meanwhile, Purple Trick symbols may create additional Bonus symbols or boost the values of existing ones by up to 5x. The Blue Treat symbols increase the values of all Orange Bonus symbols currently on the reel.
The Bonus Game kicks off with either three or four spins, influenced by the activated boosters, with only Bonus symbols in play on the reels. Each time a new Bonus symbol appears, it resets the spin counter, providing players with more chances to fill the reels and increase their winnings. Triggering a collect occurs when three Bonus symbols occupy a single reel, adding their values to the win meter and clearing the reel for new opportunities. Upon completing a reel for the first time, players unlock one of the five segments of the Grand Reel of Fortune, adding further excitement to the gameplay.
Completing all five segments culminates in the Grand Reel of Fortune, which offers one final spin featuring one of eight potential rewards, including multipliers of 2x, 3x, 5x, and 8x, as well as Mini, Mega, Super, and Grand prizes. For those who prefer immediate excitement, a Bonus Buy option allows players to enter the Bonus Game directly, choosing to activate one, two, or all three boosters.
Ivan Kravchuk, CEO of Evoplay, commented, "The Castle of Slotenstein gives the classic Frankenstein story an Evoplay twist, combining a spooky Halloween setting with a feature set designed to keep the action building. The three boosters each change the way the Bonus Game develops, while the Grand Reel of Fortune gives players a target to chase as they work through the feature. It makes for a suitably unpredictable addition to our portfolio just in time for the scary season."
