This newly established role aims to unify account management and emerging market leadership into a cohesive strategy, with Koshel reporting directly to Chief Commercial Officer Ben Wood.

By creating this position, Playson seeks to provide partners with more consistent and responsive support across various markets. The emphasis will be on improving communication, expediting decision-making, coordinating campaigns efficiently, and delivering focused commercial recommendations.

His tenure includes various commercially oriented positions such as Commercial Analytics Lead, where he collaborated on integration projects, gaining insights into both the technical and commercial facets of the business. His extensive experience in account strategy, market development, analytics, and execution positions him well to head the company's evolving commercial services.

Ben Wood expressed that Koshel’s new role signifies a key advancement in Playson’s commercial organization. "This transformation is about enhancing our client support, and bringing our commercial capacities together to offer operators more connected and insight-driven partnership assistance," Wood stated. He praised Koshel's profound understanding of Playson’s partners, products, markets, and internal systems, citing his blend of commercial, analytical, and technical knowledge as ideal for this new function.

In his new role, Koshel commented on the significance of this career milestone. He highlighted the competitive and intricate nature of the markets in which Playson’s partners operate, indicating a demand for suppliers to offer more than content. "I aim to establish a commercial service model that is clear and genuinely beneficial for our clients," Koshel remarked. He plans to leverage market intelligence, data analytics, AI-driven insights, and rigorous operational planning to assist partners in making informed decisions and launching effective initiatives, ultimately maximizing the value they receive from Playson’s offerings.
