OpenBet announced on Tuesday that it has reached an agreement to acquire OmniLogic, a specialist in sportsbook technology.
The acquisition is designed to bolster OpenBet's position in regulated lottery markets and enhance its sportsbook capabilities aimed at Tier 1 operators. The deal will be finalized later in 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
OpenBet anticipates that integrating OmniLogic will provide access to proven technology, expert knowledge, and established customer relationships that will complement its current offerings and further its global reach. OmniLogic is recognized as "the partner of choice for lotteries worldwide," according to OpenBet.
Nikos Konstakis, president of OpenBet, characterized the acquisition as "a natural extension" of the company's strategy to serve operators in highly regulated markets. He pointed out that lotteries are essential to OpenBet’s growth plans, noting, "they remain the core focus of our growth strategy, and OmniLogic has built a strong reputation in this sector through long-standing customer partnerships and a deep understanding of their requirements."
OmniLogic, founded by Vicente Torrejón and Dávid Márk Gábor, has specialized in providing sportsbook technology to regulated lottery operators and is a member of the World Lottery Association (WLA). The leadership of OmniLogic views access to OpenBet’s broader scale and product range as a key advantage of the acquisition.
OmniLogic’s platform offers omnichannel betting across the EMEA region, with features including integrated trading, risk management, and back-office functionalities. Torrejón and Gábor stated, "Our focus has always been on providing our customers with reliable technology, deep expertise, and long-term partnership. Joining OpenBet gives us the opportunity to build on that foundation as part of one of the world’s leading sportsbook businesses. For our customers, it brings the additional scale, capabilities, and product portfolio of OpenBet, while maintaining the specialist knowledge and continuity they value today."
This deal follows OpenBet’s management buyout completed last year in a $450 million transaction, which put CEO Jordan Levin and his executive team in control, transitioning the platform business from Endeavor. Levin remarked, "As this new chapter begins, OpenBet is better positioned than ever to drive market expansion and product innovation while defining the future of betting and gaming entertainment."
