St8 Reports 91% Increase in MCP Usage as Operators Embrace AI

St8 has reported a remarkable 91 percent increase in weekly usage of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration since its launch. In just the first three months, the system handled over 10,000 queries, highlighting a significant uptick in engagement with AI-driven casino aggregation.

The data, released by the casino games aggregator and technology provider, shows the growing trend of operators incorporating agentic AI into their daily functions. From its launch in July through October 11, 2026, St8 recorded 10,358 actions and queries processed via the MCP integration within a focused user group. The number of weekly queries jumped from 490 in the first week to 935 in the week of October 11, demonstrating substantial adoption and integration into operational workflows.

MCP, which is an emerging open standard for connecting AI systems with external tools and data, illustrates how gaming operators are leveraging AI to interact efficiently with St8’s aggregation platform. This includes capabilities such as generating reports, verifying configurations, and identifying issues without manually navigating through dashboards.

The surge in queries was particularly notable over the past two months, increasing by 128 percent from the week of August 16, when there were 426 queries, to 972 in the week of October 4.

Daily usage patterns show consistent engagement, with activity dipping over weekends and rising again on Mondays, indicating that the MCP is integrated into standard back-office operations. St8 also noted a peak of 1,907 queries handled in recent weeks, with one week in August seeing extraordinary numbers of 2,679 queries, all without service interruptions.

For an industry evaluating the impact of AI on operational efficiency, St8’s figures suggest that its technology streamlines back-office tasks and enhances access to vital operational information. As aggregation services compete on integration speed, content variety, and operational efficacy across regulated markets, the ability to embed AI into daily workflows appears to be a key competitive edge.

In September, St8 showcased its MCP-enabled AI assistant at SBC Summit Lisbon, where AI query activity saw a spike of more than 50 percent compared to the week prior to the event.

St8's CEO, Vlad Negine, remarked on the significance of the data: "We launched our MCP integration to explore new ways AI could make day-to-day operations easier, providing our partners with a quicker and more straightforward way to engage with the St8 platform. The encouraging data reflects the MCP’s impact on enhancing efficiency. We are thrilled to surpass 10,000 queries in such a brief period, and with engagement increasing, we are optimistic about building on this momentum to deliver further value to the industry through our technology."
