Broadway Platform Launches BroadGuard for Enhanced Risk Management

Broadway Platform has rolled out its new risk management tool, BroadGuard, expanding its suite of offerings with capabilities for real-time risk profiling across 60 distinct parameters. This highly detailed tool, considered among the most comprehensive in the industry, evaluates a range of critical data points, including IP address, device geolocation, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and browser details.

BroadGuard features an intuitive back office that consolidates operator data, enabling a thorough analysis of player activity. It provides detailed reports covering payments, alerts, deposits, withdrawals, and important behavioral insights. Using a robust rule engine, BroadGuard assesses player actions and risk indicators, facilitating real-time monitoring of alerts and decision-making.

Based on the scores assigned to players, operators can implement specific actions such as setting limits, blocking certain activities, or restricting bonuses. This capability equips operators to effectively address issues like bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and various forms of fraud through enhanced visibility, automated risk detection, and actionable insights.

With the inclusion of technologies like BroadGuard and BroadHub, Broadway Platform emphasizes innovation and a deep understanding of customer needs as key components of its strategic direction.

Giorgi Samkharadze, Director at Broadway Platform, stated, “When we built BroadGuard, our priority was to create a solution that seamlessly connects the entire ecosystem. All player data is now consolidated within a single database, allowing information and documentation to be analyzed within seconds and transformed into actionable insights. This enables our partners to make informed, transparent, and fully auditable decisions while keeping player protection at the core of our product suite.”

He added, “Our goal was to reduce the fraud ratio to below 1%. We achieved this objective and, in some of the most challenging fraud environments in Africa, particularly in Mozambique and Ghana, we also reduced the withdrawal-to-deposit ratio by 10%, helping operators strengthen risk management, improve operational efficiency, and create a safer player experience.
