Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has adjusted its revenue outlook for 2026 following exceptional second-quarter results fueled by robust growth in its online casino sector and an uptick in sports betting activity related to the FIFA World Cup.
For Q2, RSI reported revenue of $393.8 million, marking a 46% increase from the same quarter last year. The company's net income was $29.3 million, a slight rise from $28.8 million a year prior. Adjusted EBITDA saw a remarkable 61% increase, reaching a record $64.6 million.
The number of Monthly Active Users (MAUs) surged by 58% year-over-year, totaling approximately 949,000 users. In North America, MAUs grew by 51% to around 296,000 users, largely attributed to the company's expansion into regulated online casinos. Meanwhile, LATAM reported MAUs of 653,000, reflecting a 62% year-over-year increase.
North American MAUs generated an average revenue of $320 each, while LATAM users produced an average of $55.
For fiscal year 2026, RSI forecasts revenue to range between $1.56 billion to $1.60 billion, translating to an annual growth rate of 38% to 41%. The adjusted EBITDA forecast was also raised, now anticipated to be between $245 million and $265 million, with an annual growth forecast of 59% to 72%.
These projections are based on continued operations in existing regulated markets with current tax frameworks, which includes Colombia's temporary 16% emergency tax on online gambling.
CEO Richard Schwartz stated, "We delivered another record quarter, setting all-time highs once again for revenue and Adjusted EBITDA, driven by continued share gains in online casino and our sports betting markets benefiting from the World Cup. Our casino-first strategy continues to be the foundation of our business, with online casino representing 72 percent of our revenue this quarter. Player growth remained strong. We were also pleased to have successfully launched online casino and online sports in Alberta earlier this month, and we are encouraged by the early trends we are seeing there."
Looking ahead, Schwartz expressed confidence in the company's long-term growth, citing effective execution in core markets and a commitment to enhancing player experience as key factors for future shareholder value.
