Allwyn Reports 27% Revenue Growth in Q2 2026 Fueled by PrizePicks Acquisition

Allwyn reported a net revenue of €1.2 billion for the second quarter of 2026, marking a 27% increase over the same period last year. This growth is attributed to the acquisition of PrizePicks and robust performance in its European markets.

The company also posted an adjusted EBITDA of €458 million, which represents a 29% increase and a 37% margin. Notably, the underlying revenue growth rate, excluding contributions from PrizePicks and the impact of increased gaming taxes in Austria, stood at 5%.

Allwyn credits its strong quarterly results to advancements in digital operations within sports betting and iGaming, bolstered by PrizePicks’ integration.

CEO Robert Chvátal commented, “After a very positive Q1, I’m pleased to announce further strong performance in the second quarter, with group net revenue increasing by 27% year-on-year, to €1.2bn, and adjusted EBITDA increasing by 29%, to €458m. This reflects the strength of our strategy and our success in executing it, as demonstrated by sustained momentum in continental Europe and the contribution from PrizePicks.”

The upcoming FIFA World Cup in 2026 and heightened profits in the UK, following upgrades to The National Lottery's technology, contributed to the growth in sports betting.

PrizePicks, launched in 2023, has expanded its North American operations by connecting PlayerPicks and TeamPick, along with introducing prediction markets and fantasy sports options.

In addition, Allwyn kicked off new lottery games in Austria, the Czech Republic, and the UK, becoming the first operator outside the USA to offer Powerball.
