A report from livestreaming analytics firm Stream Hatchet reveals that Stake is the most frequently mentioned operator on livestreaming sites, particularly on Twitch and Kick. In January 2026, Stake appeared in 6,600 stream titles, which represents 60% of all mentions for iGaming brands. In contrast, 1xBet came in second with 1,800 mentions, followed by Betano (837), Winamax (653), FanDuel (597), Bet365 (214), and PokerStars (270).
Kick, owned by Stake's parent company, showcases Stake's strong presence, according to Stream Hatchet's content manager, Mark Rowland. He explained that many Kick streamers receive bankrolls from Stake, which they use while gambling on streams. This practice connects Sponsorships in the iGaming sector with commercial arrangements, where operators provide account credits to streamers who then prominently feature these brands in their titles.
Although Twitch holds the largest share of the livestreaming market, Kick has attracted many gambling livestream creators with its explicit policy supporting such content. Stream Hatchet's findings indicate that the top ten iGaming streamers were all on Kick, collectively amassing 88.4 million hours of iGaming content viewed in January. Trainwreckstv, a prominent creator who transitioned to Kick after its establishment in 2022, led the pack with 15.7 million hours of iGaming content watched.
Rowland also mentioned that the visibility of other operators could be enhanced through their sponsorship of esports tournaments that are streamed on these platforms. For example, 1xBet sponsors various esports teams, tapping into the popularity of esports in livestreaming. Both 1xBet and Betano also have sponsorships with football teams, leveraging the sport’s massive appeal, especially in Latin America and Spain.
Meanwhile, Twitch has specific restrictions regarding gambling-related content. The Amazon-owned platform has banned certain sites, including Stake and Rollbit, due to concerns about consumer protection and licensing. This decision followed significant critique from influential streamers like Pokimane, who highlighted the risks of exposing younger viewers to gambling content.
The report also highlights a rise in the popularity of prediction market content, with brands like Polymarket and Kalshi leading discussions on Twitch and Kick. In January 2026, Polymarket was mentioned 12,000 times as the top brand in betting and prediction markets, while Kalshi followed closely with 11,700 mentions. FanDuel then ranked third with 8,800 mentions, followed by PrizePicks at 5,300 and DraftKings with 3,300 mentions.
