The plan includes releasing up to one game per month, with efforts focused on maintaining quality during this accelerated production timeline. To support this challenge, Aviatrix has bolstered its development team and is pursuing strategic hiring to ensure both creativity and high production standards are upheld.
Internal leadership programs are also in place to guide managers through the rapidly evolving landscape, as communication and team alignment become increasingly vital. Pobal emphasized, "Every change needs to be properly communicated with teams, and team members must really understand and be on board with what is needed and why."
Unlike many studios, which often promote standalone titles, Aviatrix aims to build a cohesive ecosystem. Each game will offer a unified progression path; players will maintain a single profile and rewards system across all titles, which fosters continuity and enhances engagement.
The introduction of Aviatrix Second Chance earlier this year marks the first step in this strategy, allowing players to embark on a second flight after a crash. Following this, Aviatrix is set to launch other games, including Aviatrix Fruits and Aviatrix Mines, which will also integrate into the same metaverse design despite having different gameplay mechanics.
The strategy is aimed not just at diversifying the game portfolio but at preserving player retention by providing seamless experiences across titles. Elements such as tournaments and rewards are shared, ensuring that players' efforts carry through regardless of the game they play.
For operators, this interconnected model offers fresh promotional opportunities, allowing campaigns to span the entire suite of Aviatrix games rather than focusing on isolated titles. In an industry eager for innovative engagement strategies, this could be a significant advantage.
