Symplify Launches Insights for Enhanced CRM Communication Tracking

Symplify, based in Stockholm and recognized as a leader in CRM and AI cloud solutions, has unveiled Symplify Insights, a new add-on designed to provide CRM teams with comprehensive visibility into their communication performance through intuitive dashboards integrated into the Symplify platform.

Symplify Insights consolidates communication metrics across email, SMS, and App Push, offering insights into both campaigns and automation in one unified view. Utilizing data already within the Symplify ecosystem, this feature requires no extra setup and grants current customers access to 12 months of historical data upon activation.

The new feature automatically benchmarks performance against the previous corresponding period, simplifying the process of identifying successes, areas of decline, and opportunities for enhancement. Users can quickly access a one-page Account Brief summarizing CRM performance. One-click views enable teams to address critical questions, such as the frequency of communications, the effectiveness of automations, which customer journeys may need improvement, and the optimal days for sending messages.

Created with customer collaboration, Insights underscores Symplify's ongoing commitment to enhancing its platform, with future updates planned.

Starting today, Symplify Insights is available as an add-on and will be showcased at the SiGMA World event in Rome, scheduled from November 2 to 5, at stand H4-4006.

Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, Chief Sales Officer of Symplify, stated, "CRM teams want to immediately understand how this month compares with last, and which journeys need attention. Symplify Insights gives them that in one overview. Our customers have helped shape development through feedback from their day-to-day CRM operations, and there’s plenty more to come."
