The sports betting monitor US Integrity and the consultancy firm Odds On Compliance have completed their merger. They are now known as Integrity Compliance 360.

In October last year, Odds On Compliance announced their merger with US Integrity. The focus of this combination is on the development of new solutions for compliance and integrity.

The new combined company, IC360 will use the expertise and resources of each organisation to provide innovative services. They will cover solutions in the gaming and sports betting sectors.

IC360 offers a range of services, including integrity monitoring and compliance education. IC360 continues to provide products available before the merger.

PlayBookAI is an online database of laws and regulations governing sports betting. Customers will also have access to ProhiBet – a tool that ensures compliance by athletes, coaches, and staff.

Merger shows commitment to integrity and compliance

Matt Holt is the CEO for this new company. He was previously CEO of US Integrity. The merger, he says, represents an alignment of strategic values.

Holt stated, “As IC360 we are committed to offering our clients 360-degree compliance solutions, addressing their unique challenges. This will ensure they operate with integrity in the complex regulatory environment of today.”

Eric Frank, formerly the CEO of Odds On Compliance will be president of IC360. The merger, he said, reflects the commitment of IC360 to provide compliance and integrity in an ever-changing regulatory environment.

Frank stated, “Our vision was clear. We wanted to empower our partners and help them raise the bar in terms of compliance standards. We believe that the IC360 logo represents this.

This is just the beginning for Integrity Compliance 360.
