In September, the online gambling industry in Pennsylvania enjoyed another successful month, and market leaders reaped the benefits.
The total sports betting revenue was $28,3m. Of this, the largest share – 21.1 million dollars – came from online betting. The total handle for the month was $578.7m. This is up from $348.5m in previous months.
FanDuel’s Valley Forge sportsbook accounted for more than half the revenue in Pennsylvania.
iGaming revenues were up 71.5% in 2020, to $97.8 million – a jump from the $88.7m reported last month. Hollywood Casino, a DraftKings Partner, had the highest revenue in igaming with $38.6m. Rivers Casino was second with $26.7m. Valley Forge Casino reported igaming revenues of $15.6m.
