Play971 Partners with IGT and Endorphina for Enhanced Online Casino Experience

Play971, the first licensed online gambling platform in the United Arab Emirates, has entered into content partnerships with the global gaming companies IGT and Endorphina. These deals, which were officially announced on July 21, will enhance Play971’s offerings with IGT’s prominent PlayDigital catalog and a selection of themed slot games from Endorphina.

Philippa Bowland, the commercial gaming director at Play971, highlighted the company’s dedication to responsible gaming and high-quality entertainment as it welcomed these two globally recognized providers. "We are proud to welcome IGT and Endorphina — two globally respected brands — as we continue raising the standard for gaming," she stated.

IGT has noted that among its contributions are classic titles such as Blackjack, Cleopatra, and Cats. Gil Rotem, the CEO of Digital at IGT, described the partnership as one that is "rooted in innovation and integrity," aimed at fostering the sustained growth of the UAE market.

Endorphina’s Senior Manager for Partnerships & Expansion, Lohith Chittajallu, expressed enthusiasm about their involvement in a market that is still in its formative stages. "We believe this partnership opens the door to new opportunities, and we can’t wait for players to experience the entertainment and quality that Endorphina is known for," he remarked.

In May, Endorphina obtained its gaming-related vendor license, allowing it to offer gaming products and services throughout the Emirates under the regulatory oversight of the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA).

Launched late last year, Play971 is the emirates’ inaugural licensed operator for online gambling. The platform has quickly expanded its content offerings and commercial endeavors, recently enlisting former Australian cricketer Brett Lee as its brand ambassador and launching a football betting platform for customers in the UAE last month. The GCGRA was established in 2023 to regulate gambling in the Emirates, managing licensing and compliance within the sector.
