Evenbeter Introduces 'Growth Paths' Strategy at SBC Summit Lisbon

Evenbeter, the iGaming technology provider formerly known as EvenBet Gaming, unveiled its new ‘Growth Paths’ strategy at the SBC Summit in Lisbon, marking a significant milestone as the company transitions under its new branding. This event was held in September, following the company's rebrand in August, and provided a platform to reveal not only its revamped identity but also a fresh commercial philosophy along with an innovative e-book aimed at assisting operators in identifying their growth trajectory.

Central to Evenbeter's presentation was a departure from conventional product-led sales. Instead, the company emphasized a more adaptable approach that considers where an operator currently stands, its future ambitions, and the necessary technology to achieve those goals.

The Growth Paths concept acknowledges that operators need not adopt a comprehensive technology stack from the outset. This framework guides businesses to find the appropriate entry point, whether that involves integrating One-Click Poker Games into an existing casino, starting a standalone poker operation, or constructing a turnkey casino—all without the hassle of extensive searches for solutions or uncertainty about the next product to incorporate.

This strategy offers operators the freedom to begin at a level that corresponds to their current business capabilities while also providing a clear pathway for expansion as their requirements evolve.

In conjunction with this initiative, Evenbeter has launched an educational e-book that outlines the Growth Paths methodology. This resource equips operators with a practical framework to evaluate their market position and consider potential next steps.

Dmitry Starostenkov, Evenbeter's CEO, shared insights into the new approach, stating, "Instead of pushing a predefined package, we anchor our strategy in the operator's current readiness. Whether it's a light-touch integration or a fully independent platform, we help operators find the exact right entry point for today and map out a practical path for tomorrow."
