OpenBet Acquires OmniLogic to Enhance Lottery Sportsbook Capabilities

OpenBet has reached an agreement to acquire OmniLogic, a specialist in sportsbook technology, in a move aimed at strengthening its footprint in regulated lottery markets and enhancing its offerings for Tier 1 operators. This acquisition, which is contingent upon regulatory approvals, is anticipated to conclude later in 2026.

The integration of OmniLogic is expected to "add proven technology, specialist expertise and established customer partnerships that complement our existing capabilities and strengthen our global business," OpenBet noted in a statement. The company has referred to OmniLogic as "the partner of choice for lotteries worldwide."

Nikos Konstakis, OpenBet’s president, characterized the acquisition as "a natural extension" of the firm’s strategy to cater to operators in highly regulated markets. He reiterated the importance of lotteries to OpenBet's growth strategy, asserting, "they remain the core focus of our growth strategy, and OmniLogic has built a strong reputation in this sector through long-standing customer partnerships and a deep understanding of their requirements."

OmniLogic, co-founded by Vicente Torrejón and Dávid Márk Gábor, has been recognized over the past decade for delivering sportsbook technology to regulated lottery operators, as well as members of the World Lottery Association (WLA). The leadership at OmniLogic expressed optimism about the deal, highlighting how access to OpenBet’s broader scale and product offerings will provide significant advantages.

Their platform facilitates omnichannel betting across the EMEA region, featuring integrated trading, risk management, and back-office functionalities. Torrejón and Gábor stated, "Our focus has always been on providing our customers with reliable technology, deep expertise and long-term partnership. Joining OpenBet gives us the opportunity to build on that foundation as part of one of the world’s leading sportsbook businesses. For our customers, it brings the additional scale, capabilities and product portfolio of OpenBet, while maintaining the specialist knowledge and continuity they value today."

In addition, this acquisition follows OpenBet’s management buyout last year in a $450 million deal, where CEO Jordan Levin and the senior executive team took control of the platform from Endeavor. At that time, Levin remarked, "As this new chapter begins, OpenBet is better positioned than ever to drive market expansion and product innovation while defining the future of betting and gaming entertainment."
