DATA.BET, a prominent provider of sportsbook solutions, has rolled out significant enhancements to its Prediction Markets, which originally launched in April 2026. Among the new features is a crypto-oriented Up or Down market type, along with live and historical data Widgets in the Crypto and Finance sectors, and API integration alongside the previously available iFrame deployment.
The Up or Down market, tailored for cryptocurrencies, introduces a price benchmark that allows users to wager on whether prices will rise or fall, using standard decimal odds across five different time frames: 5-minute, 15-minute, 1-hour, 4-hour, and daily. This quick turnaround for short-cycle markets means that bettors can see results in minutes rather than waiting for extended periods, providing a dynamic betting experience that complements traditional political and economic events. For operators, this translates to increased betting opportunities during each session, which operates independently of sports schedules.
A new widget feature presents the current asset price, charts the target line, and includes a countdown to settlement. The crypto and finance markets are enriched with live and historical price data covering a variety of assets, from Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) to commodities like Gold and Oil. Additionally, probability history widgets offer insights over periods of 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, and all-time metrics, enabling players to make informed betting decisions with clear context before placing bets.
On the integration front, Prediction Markets can now be accessed via API, complementing the previously available iFrame method. Operators already utilizing DATA.BET can activate this feature using their current odds feed credentials and the Sports events API, eliminating the need for a separate integration process.
The latest update also includes broader system optimization, enhanced content management capabilities, and ongoing improvements to the liquidity module, all designed to boost market stability and expedite responsiveness as the platform expands.
Rostyslav Likhtin, the Head of Product at DATA.BET, stated, "Prediction Markets was built to give operators a fast-moving, always-on offering that runs independently of the sports calendar. We’re making it faster to trade, easier to read, and easier to deploy, and this is only the first step in how far we’re taking this.
