GAT Expo Bogotá 2026: Key Gathering for Colombia's Gaming Industry

GAT Expo Bogotá 2026 is set to convene key figures in Colombia’s gaming industry alongside international business visitors for an intensive, one-day event. Scheduled for Thursday, October 15, at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the expo will feature a trade show, technology updates, networking opportunities, and discussions focused on promoting sustainable development within this vital sector of the economy.

The event, organized by GAT Events, will place special emphasis on the land-based casino industry while also showcasing online betting platforms and technological advancements driving changes both nationally and globally. This year's expo comes at a pivotal time, coinciding with the early months of Colombia's new National Government. The recent appointment of Jaime Vives Pinedo as the President of Coljuegos introduces a fresh dynamic to the conversation between regulators and the gaming ecosystem. The industry is currently aiming to fortify its competitiveness, advocate for responsible gaming, counter illegal gambling, encourage innovation, and enhance its contributions to funding Colombia’s healthcare system.

In line with its mission to elevate trade shows by addressing jurisdiction-specific issues, the GAT Talks segment will preview the upcoming conferences planned for GAT Expo Cartagena 2027, set for March 30 to April 1 at the Las Américas Convention Center in Cartagena. Various industry associations—Asojuegos, Fecoljuegos, Cornazar, and Fedelco—will participate, bringing multiple viewpoints on the sector's priorities and the challenges it faces in the medium and long term.

The afternoon’s first panel will explore "Responsible Gaming and Sustainable Development" featuring leaders from Colombia's operator and supplier associations. The second discussion, moderated by Georges Didier of GLI, will include insights from prominent executives in the land-based casino sector, focusing on regulatory processes in the Latin American gaming industry. The third panel, led by Andrés Blanco of Gamanza Engage, will concentrate on an integrated customer engagement platform, with representatives from licensed online gaming operators in Colombia.

The GAT Bogotá 2026 trade show will showcase a variety of gaming equipment and innovative technology aimed at modernizing small and medium-sized gaming venues. Attendees can expect to see new offerings in slot machines, electronic roulette, automated cash-management systems, and advancements in omnichannel solutions.

Novomatic Colombia will highlight its Linked Progressive Jackpot solutions and multigame offerings, including RISING TREASURES, IMPERA PROLINK 2, and XTENSION LINK Evolution. ROYAL XS6, Royal Gaming’s compact six-station roulette system, will optimize casino floor space and operational efficiency, while technology from Playgroup, such as INNOVA CASH, automates cash management within gaming venues.

Visitors will have the chance to connect with a range of companies like Win Systems, Gambee, Interblock, RPCOL, Gem Solutions, JCM, Global Technology Services, Oklahoma, and BetConstruct among others, all representing diverse segments of the gaming industry.

GAT Expo Bogotá maintains a focused, one-day exhibition format, facilitating interactions among manufacturers, distributors, operators, and service providers at a strategic time for business leaders evaluating new investments for 2027. Sponsors for this edition include Pragmatic Play, BetPlay, BetConstruct, GLI, and Gamanza.

José Aníbal Aguirre remarked on the occasion’s significance, expressing his anticipation for the gatherings of key industry players. GAT Expo Bogotá underlines its position as a vital platform for business development and relationship-building within Colombia's gaming industry, especially during a period that encourages stronger institutional dialogue and technological advancements. The event is scheduled for October 15, 2026, at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., where GAT Talks will run from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
