Rush Street Interactive Reports 38.8% Revenue Increase in Q3 2026

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has reported a significant revenue increase in the third quarter of 2026, achieving $385.9 million, which marks a 38.8% rise compared to the same period last year. This growth comes as the company exceeded expectations for adjusted earnings per share and adjusted EBITDA, while net income nearly doubled. The financial results were released on October 28.

In the three months leading up to September 30, RSI's revenue climbed from $277.9 million in Q3 2025. However, this total was slightly below the analyst consensus estimate of $388.6 million, falling short by 0.7%. This report continues a trend of robust growth for RSI, which has experienced an annualized revenue increase of 30.7% over the last two years, contrasting with a five-year compound annual growth rate of 26.4%. Analysts predict that revenue will increase by about 20% over the next 12 months, although this represents a slowdown compared to the previous two years' performance.

Following the earnings analysis, RSI's market capitalization is now valued at approximately $1.78 billion. The company's adjusted earnings per share were reported at $0.15, surpassing the analyst consensus estimate of $0.13 by 12.1%. Additionally, adjusted EBITDA reached $62.22 million, exceeding the expected $54.67 million by 13.8%. Net income rose to $28.7 million from $14.8 million, with an operating margin reported at 11.1%.

RSI has maintained its adjusted EBITDA forecast for the year, projecting a range between $245 million and $265 million, with the midpoint aligning with analyst consensus at $255 million. The company also announced that it had 907,881 monthly active users across its markets, an increase of 42% from the previous year. In North America, there were 300,572 monthly active users, up 34% from Q3 2025, while Latin America, including Mexico, saw 607,308 active users, reflecting a 46% growth.

Richard Schwartz, the Chief Executive Officer, noted that the company has entered the fourth quarter with a solid balance sheet and flexibility within its investment strategy. Overall, despite the minor miss in revenue expectations, RSI demonstrated strong adjusted earnings performance.
