Trivelta Acquires Kerma Games to Enhance iGaming Portfolio

Trivelta has finalized its acquisition of Kerma Games, an iGaming content studio recognized for its diverse range of original and celebrity-driven games. The studio boasts a 24/7 live dealer operation, setting it apart with broadcast-quality production, real dealers, and real-time interaction within its content offerings.

Kerma Games has cultivated its brand around a straightforward yet powerful premise: creating Games Players Remember. In addition to its unique titles, it has forged long-term partnerships with high-profile talents across music, sports, and culture, including prominent figures such as Snoop Dogg, Lil Baby, Sexyy Red, and Luka Modrić. These enduring relationships provide a solid basis for ongoing game development and distribution, enabling Kerma to cultivate meaningful content franchises anchored in its talent collaborations rather than focusing solely on standalone releases.

This acquisition opens new avenues for integrating entertainment and talent partnerships across Trivelta’s broader product ecosystem. Additionally, Kerma will gain enhanced resources, technology, and an expanded international presence, facilitating faster game development and extending its global reach.

Following the acquisition, Kerma Games will maintain its brand identity, creative direction, and commercial strategies, continuing to operate independently from Trivelta’s technology ecosystem while still making its content available to various operators and platforms.

Carson Hubbard, CEO of Trivelta, articulated the significance of the acquisition, stating, "Kerma Games has built something genuinely different in a market where standing out is becoming increasingly difficult. It combines strong technology and game development with a clear understanding of entertainment, culture, and globally recognized talent, and we've already seen that translate into real success across our client portfolio. This acquisition is about investing in a brand with a distinctive identity and ambitious product roadmap, including a 24/7 live casino studio that will bring Kerma's games to life in an entirely new format. With Trivelta’s backing, we have the opportunity to accelerate Kerma’s vision, broaden its global reach, and elevate the brand significantly. This is not about altering what makes Kerma unique; it's about scaling its potential."

Liam Tassiello, COO and Founder of Kerma Games, expressed enthusiasm about the new chapter, stating, "This is a major step forward for Kerma. We built the company around the ambition of creating games and partnerships that players genuinely remember, and joining Trivelta gives us the resources and reach to pursue that ambition on a much larger scale. Kerma remains Kerma. The brand, team, and creative direction stay intact, but now we can develop more content, access significantly more operators and platforms, and pursue greater opportunities across gaming, entertainment, and culture. For our partners, this means the same Kerma they know, but with a much stronger foundation behind it. We're only getting started."

For Trivelta, this acquisition augments its B2B technology ecosystem with proprietary content and entertainment IP capabilities, creating fresh opportunities for both companies and expanding the range of products and experiences available to operators. The deal also equips Kerma with a stronger framework for quicker product development, wider international distribution, and a more extensive pipeline of original games and long-term entertainment partnerships.
