Gaming entrepreneurs are gearing up to showcase their solutions at the upcoming ICE London event. The Pitch ICE initiative provides 14 startups the chance to present their products to a group of industry investors and attendees. Interested startups must submit an entry along with a two-minute video to qualify for the 2023 program.
Voting for Pitch ICE will be open to the industry, allowing each voter to select up to 10 companies they want to see pitch at ICE 2023. After public voting concludes, a panel of industry professionals will determine the finalists.
The chosen startups will receive a complimentary pod on the Pitch ICE Pavilion for the three-day event, along with a time slot to present their concepts to potential investors.
"Clarion Gaming has a proud track record of promoting start-up businesses by using the influence of its brands to help make the connections that all businesses need," stated ICE London event director Andy Ventris. He highlighted that since 2009, the initiative has been a gateway for startups to connect with industry investors and secure essential partnerships.
Ventris also emphasized that participating startups must meet specific criteria for eligibility. "Pitch ICE is for new companies that are beyond the ‘concept phase’. There must be a demonstrable product, and we are looking for propositions that are built on solid technology and that are scalable. Pitch ICE is about recognizing the extraordinary entrepreneurial talent that exists within this industry and helping them on their journey."
This year, ICE London is set to take place from February 7 to 9 at ExCeL London, marking the largest B2B gambling industry event worldwide. It will feature a wide array of participants, including game creators, distributors, operators, retailers, innovators, trade associations, strategic bodies, and regulators across all gaming verticals.
