James King, the co-founder and CEO of Flows, made the decision to leave a successful role at a growing platform provider in order to launch his own venture. Flows, established in 2021, is recognized as a no-code automation platform designed to facilitate development and workflow automation. It enables operators to incorporate gamification features, like missions and tournaments, without requiring any coding skills.
During an interview with Katie Goldfinch, King discussed the significance of adaptability and being receptive to feedback. "All our markets are sort of going in the right way," he stated at the ICE 2025 event. "We’re gaining clients versus losing them. Revenues are going up. The product roadmap is really exciting, with new releases that we're delivering on schedule."
