Mindway AI, a safer gambling provider, has announced the appointment of Britt Boeskov as a director on its board. She will serve in a nonexecutive capacity.

Boeskov joins the Mindway AI Board, adding to similar positions she holds at Belgian gaming omnichannel operator Gaming1 as well as Racecourse Media Group.

Boeskov was SVP of strategy for Better Collective before taking on his board duties.

She spent the previous 17 years in Kindred, holding various positions of responsibility, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Programme Officer, and Chief Experience officer. She holds a Master’s in Intercultural Communication and Management from Copenhagen Business School.

Strategic Competencies

Britt Boeskov is joining the board of Mindway AI. “Her deep industry experience, including her 17 years in Kindred Group’s various leadership positions, will be a great asset to Mindway AI, as we develop and grow the business,” stated Mindway CEO Rasmus Kaergaard.

Boeskov joins the Danish Software Company’s Board to strengthen the strategic capabilities of the company as it grows in 2023.

Boeskov has served in leadership positions at Kindred Group for 17 years.

Kjaergaard presented the thinking behind the business in the form of a growth path for the company in 2023.

He said: “We will expand our organization and grow our markets inside and outside Europe in 2023. We will also be focusing on strengthening our industrial partnerships.” Britt Boeskov is a valuable advisor for this project.

Mindway AI Board Composition

The Mindway AI Board of Directors now includes Boeskov as well as the company’s founder Kim Mouridsen. Also on the board are Flemming Pdersen (CFO of Better Collective) and Flemming S. Pedersen as chairman.

Better Collective has a 90% stake in the provider of responsible gambling solutions. It increased its stake from 70% in January 2021 to 100%.

The two companies, along with Gordon Moody, a registered charity, formed in September a global responsible gaming network. This was to provide new support and protections within the gambling industry.
