Super Group is the parent company to Betway and Spin. Digital Gaming Corporation has been acquired (DGC).
The acquisition, which was originally announced in April 2013, allows Super Group to enter the US market. DGC is a market access provider in twelve states. Eight of these are currently operational.
Super Group, in turn, will assist the online betting and igaming firm with its presence in UK. The company also has exclusive rights for its Betway branding in that country.
Neal Menashe CEO of Super Group said that the acquisition was a great success and that DGC is now officially part of Super Group. As we bring our established toolkit to the US, we look forward to collaborating with them more.
Super Group has a strong balance sheet, and is well-positioned to expand our international footprint by entering the US market.
DGC currently operates in Iowa, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. DGC also has operations in Arizona, Colorado Colorado, Indiana, Virginia and Ohio. DGC licenses Super Group’s Betway brand on an exclusive basis.
In the first quarter this year, the company plans to launch the Betway Global platform in Louisiana.
