Compliance announced a new employee resource section specifically for women. This is in response to International Women’s Day (and Women’s History Month) being celebrated around the world
The initiative, titled ‘Women Leading Women, is open to all female employees at Odds On Compliance. It provides a platform for experience sharing, advice, support, and encouragement to empower women to reach their full potential.
Our approach is focused on empowerment of women. Cheryl Jones is the President of the European Division. “I have always made mentorship a priority for all women who have supported my career path,” she said. It is crucial to create a space of trust and honesty with all my colleagues, interns, employees, or peers.
“Also, mentoring and supporting our younger generation of females can be a catalyst for their professional and personal growth.”
Women Leading Women aims to provide professional development opportunities for women members of staff through networking events, mentorship programs, and skills sessions.
The group members can share their experiences and offer advice to other women. This will help them to develop relationships and improve their career prospects.
Odds On Compliance plans to expand the group to other companies in the industry in order to strengthen the network and foster more relationships among women in the gaming industry.
According to the firm, it will do so through a variety of activities that showcase women’s creative work and provide opportunities for women to be empowered professionally.
CEO Eric Frank stated that “We recognize the importance to create an inclusive workplace for all employees.” “Our new women’s group is one of many initiatives that we have taken to ensure all employees feel valued and respected. We also support them in their work.”
