Playtech, a fast-growing provider of content, services, and platform for the iGaming sector, announced a strategic partnership with Hard Rock International, Seminole Gaming, and Hard Rock Digital (HRD), a joint venture that combines interactive gaming and sports betting.
The details of Tuesday’s new strategic deal were revealed. It will see HRD license iGaming content and technology solutions from Playtech. This content and solutions will power Hard Rock’s entertainment, casino, and hospitality verticals, providing engaging experiences for customers.
HRD’s customers in strategic markets like Canada and the United States will be able to benefit from live dealer tables, RNG, and slots. The content will be a boost to HRD’s existing platform and offer. The duo also confirmed that they plan to expand their collaboration beyond Canada and the US.

Playtech’s B2B Strategy is Boosted by Collaboration
Playtech also confirmed the strategic partnership. It said that it had invested $85 million in “a low single-digit % minority ownership stake in HRD”.
