Full House Resorts decided to extend its partnership with Konami Gaming. This will allow Synkros to be managed by the group at a second property.
The casino operator’s The Temporary At American Place will now be the latest Full House venue to use the offering. It opened its doors in February.
The facility’s launch will give guests the chance to receive a variety loyalty rewards such as tournament opportunities, random drawings and floor-wide progressive bonus, which can be personalized according to entertainment preferences and spend. Non-gaming activities can also earn rewards.
Synkros’ entire marketing suite will be launched. The Temporary at American Place will also serve as a beta site to launch Oracle Analytics.
Full House is now powered entirely by Synkros as a result. Synkros has been used since 2006.

The temporary venue, which is a precursor to the larger American Place at $400m that will debut in two years’ time, officially debuted on Friday 17 February 2023.
The casino, which costs $100m, is the only one in Lake County, Illinois. It features roughly 1,000 slots and 50 table games. There are also a variety of food and drink outlets.
