Debra Nautton will be joining the Everi board.
Debra Nutton’s appointment will take effect on the 1st of April and bring many strategic benefits to the company. Ms. Nutton will serve as the company’s director and on its auditing, salary, governance, and other committees. Her addition will bring Everi’s ninth vacant spot as director into compliance with NYSE regulations.
Debra Nutton has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the iGaming sector. She was the ideal candidate for this role. Prior to joining Everi, Nutton worked as an industry consultant. Nutton has also worked in management positions at Wynn Resorts, MGM and other prominent companies.
