Everi won four Culture Excellence Awards from Top Workplaces in 2023 – for Innovations, Work-Life Flexible, Compensation and Benefits and Leadership. The provider was also named to the Top Workplaces USA List for the second consecutive year.
Randi T. Taylor is the chief executive officer at the company.
Top Workplaces has once again recognized our efforts to build a positive culture in the company, with values shared across all of our office locations as well as with a talented group of remote Nevada employees.
Randi Taylor, CEO, Everi Holdings
Taylor said that Everi Holdings wouldn’t have won the award without the dedication and hardwork of the team.
Energage praised Everi Holdings’ efforts
Energage, a technology platform for employee engagement, has been collecting employee feedback since 1996. This is the sole basis of the Top Workplaces Award Everi received. Energage is a company with over 16 years’ experience of assessing the feelings of employees in over 70,000 companies.
This vote allows respondents to express their opinions on 15 key culture drivers in an anonymous manner. These include alignment, implementation and connection among others.
Eric Rubino commented on this development and said that the Top Workplaces Award is an honorable badge for companies. He said that Everi Holdings, which received the award for the 3rd year in a line, should be proud.
Leaders must allow employees to be heard and have their voices heard in today’s marketplace. That’s paramount. This is what top workplaces do, and it pays off.
Eric Rubino is CEO of Energage
Everi Holdings expressed its gratitude for the accreditation, citing the work that it had done to create a positive culture within the company. The company has many offices in Nevada but strives to keep the same values throughout its hubs. This ensures the wellbeing of all its employees.
