Federal Court of Brazil Upholds Preliminary Injunction Against Spribe

The Federal Court of Brazil has dismissed Spribe's Motion for Clarification regarding an earlier ruling. On August 14, Aviator Studio responded to this motion. If Spribe intends to pursue further challenges, it must file an Interlocutory Appeal with the Federal Court of Appeals.
