SOFTSWISS launched the first iGaming Trends Report five years ago, recognizing early the significance of data-driven insights for navigating industry evolution. The report has grown to become the most widely circulated annual research document in the sector, amassing over 32,000 downloads to date. Previous editions have drawn insights from a survey of more than 350 iGaming professionals, alongside independent analytics and contributions from over 30 specialists at SOFTSWISS.
The 2027 edition significantly enhances the research scope through its partnership with WorldGaming (previously known as Clarion Gaming). Access to one of the industry's largest professional networks allows the report to incorporate insights from thousands of decision-makers within the international iGaming ecosystem.
SOFTSWISS collects feedback through a structured annual survey exploring market trends, player behavior, technology advancements, and regulatory shifts. Participants include product managers, compliance leads, investors, and marketers, ensuring the report is based on rigorous methodology and five years of accumulated industry research, making it a go-to resource for many businesses.
