Broadway Platform has launched BroadGuard, a new risk management tool designed for its expanding product ecosystem. This tool offers real-time risk profiling by analyzing a comprehensive set of 60 different parameters.
BroadGuard is among the most detailed products available in the industry, capable of identifying various data points including IP address, device geolocation, operating system, device type, screen resolution, browser, and many others.
With an intuitive back office and consolidated operator data, BroadGuard allows operators to examine player activity closely and produce in-depth reports on various aspects such as payments, alerts, deposits, withdrawals, and critical behavioral insights.
Utilizing a rule engine, BroadGuard assesses players based on their actions and associated risk indicators. This feature provides operators with an effective method to monitor alerts and make decisions in real-time. Depending on player scores, operators may implement measures such as setting limits, blocking certain activities, or restricting bonus access.
By enhancing tools such as BroadHub and BroadGuard, Broadway Platform emphasizes innovation and deep understanding of customer needs as part of its strategic vision.
