Sportradar Reports 24% Revenue Growth in Q3 2026

Sportradar has reported a remarkable 24% increase in revenue for the third quarter of 2026, bringing the total to €362.5 million. This surge in revenue can be attributed largely to the robust performance of its Betting Technology & Solutions division. The company's adjusted EBITDA rose by 21%, reaching €102 million, while net profit soared by 43%.

CEO Carsten Koerl highlighted the company’s success, stating, "We delivered another strong quarter of double-digit growth, once again demonstrating the value of our role as a key technology and content partner to the global sports ecosystem." He noted that the growth was driven by rising demand for Sportradar’s premium content offerings, extensive data, and innovative technology solutions. This includes the further monetization of acquired IMG ARENA rights and substantial contributions from various prediction market operators.

Revenue from the Betting Technology and Solutions sector increased to €296.7 million, reflecting a 27% rise. Additionally, income from the betting and gaming content segment reached €242 million, marking a significant 37% increase compared to last year. The favorable results were also bolstered by Sportradar’s acquisition of IMG ARENA in November 2025. The appetite for Sportradar's services has surged, with customers from diverse backgrounds, including those in prediction markets, increasingly seeking their expertise.

However, revenue from Managed Betting Services saw a decrease of 3%, totaling €54.7 million, attributed to lower trading margins despite a higher number of bets being placed. On a positive note, the Sports Content, Technology, and Services division reported an 11% increase in revenue to €65.8 million, and marketing and media services rose by 15% to €50.7 million, driven by new client acquisitions and higher affiliate spending.

Integrity services revenue climbed to €4.8 million, which is an increase of 16%, while sports performance revenue dropped by 8% to €10.3 million. Sportradar noted that costs rose during this quarter due to a 54% increase in sports media rights expenses, yet these additional costs did not hinder profit growth.

Overall profit before tax increased by 14%, reaching €33.1 million. After tax profits amounted to €6.1 million, resulting in a total profit of €27 million for the period, reflecting a year-on-year rise of 20%. Adjusting for currency translation, net profit stood at €28.2 million, a 43% increase over the previous year.

For the first nine months of the year, Sportradar’s revenue grew by 18% to €1.09 billion, with adjusted EBITDA up by 20%, totaling €244.5 million. Despite escalating expenses leading to stronger financial income in the previous year, pre-tax profit dropped by 80% to €24.4 million. Profit for the period also saw a substantial decline of 82%, landing at €17.2 million. Net profit after currency translations for the nine-month period was recorded at €19.2 million, down €57.2 million from the same timeframe last year.

Koerl shared insights on market engagement, stating, "Fans are engaging with sports across more platforms than ever before, expanding our addressable market and increasing demand for our products and solutions." He emphasized Sportradar's commitment to innovation and execution, aiming to drive additional value for partners and clients, while ensuring sustained growth and profitability for shareholders.

The company has maintained its guidance for the year following Q2 results, forecasting consistent currency revenue growth of 19% to 21%. At current foreign exchange rates, it anticipates annual revenue in the range of €1.52 billion to €1.53 billion. For adjusted EBITDA, a growth rate of 24% to 27% is expected on a constant currency basis, estimating between €360 million and €368 million in total.
