Adam Chibib Named CFO of IGT

International Game Technology (IGT) has announced the appointment of Adam Chibib as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2026, pending necessary regulatory approvals in the states where IGT operates. Chibib takes over from Fabio Celadon, who has been with IGT and its predecessor companies for over 20 years and will finish his tenure as CFO on October 31. He will continue in an advisory role until the end of December 2023.

Before joining IGT, Chibib was the president and CFO of Multimedia Games in Austin, a slot machine manufacturer acquired by Global Cash Access in 2014 for about $1.2 billion. Global Cash Access later rebranded as Everi and, in July 2022, merged with IGT’s gaming and online divisions under Apollo.

IGT’s CEO, Hector Fernandez, highlighted Chibib's background, stating, "Adam brings the public company, private equity, and gaming experience we need. His financial discipline and operating mindset will be important as we sharpen execution." Chibib’s leadership will be crucial as IGT works on integrating the existing businesses and managing its operations as a private entity. In his own words, Chibib expressed enthusiasm for the role, stating, "IGT has a strong portfolio. I look forward to working with Hector, the leadership team, and our people to strengthen financial and operating discipline."
