OpenBet, a prominent player in betting and gaming technology, has finalized an agreement to acquire OmniLogic, a provider of sportsbook technology. This move solidifies OpenBet's status as a leading partner for lotteries globally. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and is anticipated to close in 2026.
With this acquisition, OpenBet aims to enhance its presence in regulated lottery markets, bringing along established partnerships and specialized sportsbook expertise. Once the deal is finalized, OpenBet is set to strengthen its offerings to members of the World Lottery Association (WLA) worldwide.
OmniLogic has been delivering sportsbook technology services to significant regulated lottery operators and WLA members for over ten years. Its platform facilitates omnichannel betting across retail, online, and mobile for major operators in the EMEA region, featuring capabilities in trading, risk management, and back-office operations.
Included in the acquisition are OmniLogic’s specialized professionals, primarily located in Győr, Hungary, who possess substantial technical knowledge and experience in crafting and supporting sportsbook technology across various channels.
The move is expected to enhance OpenBet's scale and operational depth, reinforcing its reputation as a reliable partner for Tier 1 operators navigating complex, highly regulated betting markets.
