Conexus Group, a provider of professional gaming services online, has named industry veteran Michael Brady as an independent nonexecutive board member.
Brady has over 23 years of experience in the online gaming sector. He is currently the chief executive officer of Eyas Gaming, a brand services company that provides igaming brands. He also serves as chairman of Newcastle’s Bede Gaming.
Cashcade Ltd was founded in 2000 by a University of Birmingham graduate. Cashcade owns a number of bingo and gambling brands, including Foxy Bingo.

Brady then went on to create several gambling statups, including Business Betting and Gamblemob.
Brady, who was previously the commercial director of Bwin Bingo, founded Bede Gaming in 2010 and played a key role in the sale to Gauselmann Group.
Brady said that the Conexus Group had been in the gaming industry almost as long as he himself. I’ve seen first-hand how investing in specialist services, such as Pentasia’s igaming recruiting arm or the group’s vast network of industry advisors and experts, can be a great investment.
“I’m thrilled to be joining the board, and I will be working closely to build on the success of the group.”
Conexus Group is a collection of well-known gaming services, including recruitment company Pentasia and M&A advisors Partis.
Under its umbrella, Marden Executive and Technical Staff specialists Cohort Teams also provide executive headhunting services. Conexus has a dedicated division that focuses on PayTech.
Rob Dowling, Conexus CEO, said: “Michael Brady’s appointment to The Conexus Group’s board brings a depth of experience that is invaluable to our team.”
Michael’s knowledge of the market and his proven track record will strengthen the group’s leadership position. It will also help us to evolve our offer as a specialist provider of professional services for igaming firms around the world.
