Rush Street Interactive receives Responsible Gambling Council accreditation

Rush Street Interactive is the first US-based company that has received accreditations from the Responsible Gambling Council under its RG Check.

This accreditation signifies that Rush Street Interactive’s BetRivers.com, and PlaySugarHouse.com websites have been reviewed by the RGC. A panel of independent gaming experts reviews responsible regulatory requirements.

Operator announced accreditation after the Problem Gambling Awareness Month which ran from March to the end.

“RG Check shows that an operator places responsible gambling at the forefront of their business. Shelley White is the CEO of Responsible Gambling council and commended BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com on achieving RG Check accreditation.

This achievement represents RSI’s commitment to player protection, transparency, duty of care, and continuous improvement. It also contributes to creating a sustainable culture and promoting responsible gaming.

“RG Check is a valuable tool to manage risk and increase the effectiveness of RG programs.” RGC’s continuous support of RSI harm minimisation initiatives is something we are proud of.

Rush Street Interactive has launched in 13 US states and Columbia. The operator launched its online sportsbooks so far in 2022 in New York, Louisiana, and Ontario.
