Rush Street Interactive Revenue Surges 38.8% in Q3 2026

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has reported significant revenue growth in the third quarter of 2026, reaching $385.9 million—a 38.8% increase compared to the same period last year. The company's performance outstripped expectations for both adjusted earnings per share and adjusted EBITDA, with net income nearly doubling. These results were revealed in a report issued on October 28.

During the three-month period ending September 30, RSI's revenue rose from $277.9 million in Q3 of 2025 to the current figure. However, this fell slightly short of the analyst consensus estimate of $388.6 million by 0.7%.

This latest report reinforces a trend of robust growth for RSI, which has seen annualized revenue growth of 30.7% over the past two years, outpacing a five-year compound annual growth rate of 26.4%. Analysts predict that revenue will continue to grow by about 20% over the next year, although this pace will be slower compared to the rapid growth seen in previous years.

A detailed earnings analysis placed RSI's market capitalization at approximately $1.78 billion. The adjusted earnings per share registered at $0.15, which was higher than the consensus estimate of $0.13 by 12.1%. Adjusted EBITDA also exceeded expectations, reaching $62.22 million—up 13.8% from the projected $54.67 million. The net income for the quarter increased to $28.7 million from $14.8 million, reflecting an operating margin of 11.1%.

Despite the slight miss on revenue, RSI maintained its adjusted EBITDA forecast between $245 million and $265 million, with a midpoint of $255 million aligning with analyst expectations. Additionally, the company reported 907,881 monthly active users, a 42% increase year-on-year. In North America, the monthly active user count was documented at 300,572, marking a 34% gain from Q3 2025. Meanwhile, Latin America, including Mexico, accounted for 607,308 monthly active users, representing a 46% growth.

CEO Richard Schwartz emphasized that the company commenced the fourth quarter with a robust balance sheet and significant flexibility in its investment strategy. Overall, while RSI narrowly missed revenue expectations, it demonstrated strong adjusted earnings across the board.
