Broadway Platform has rolled out BroadGuard, a new risk management tool designed to enhance its product suite. This tool provides comprehensive risk profiling across 60 distinct parameters, making it potentially one of the most detailed solutions available in the market. BroadGuard tracks critical data points including IP address, device geolocation, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and browser, among numerous others.
The tool's intuitive back office combines operator data to allow for thorough analysis of player behavior, generating detailed reports on payments, alerts, deposits, withdrawals, and behavioral insights. By utilizing a robust rule engine, BroadGuard evaluates players based on their actions and risk indicators, giving operators a streamlined method to monitor alerts and make immediate decisions. Based on the risk scoring, operators can take actions like setting limits, blocking certain activities, or restricting access to bonuses.
BroadGuard plays a key role in helping operators tackle issues like bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and other fraudulent activities, as it provides advanced visibility, automated risk detection, and actionable insights. With the addition of BroadHub and BroadGuard to its expanding platform, Broadway Platform is prioritizing innovation and a profound understanding of customer needs in its strategic approach.
Giorgi Samkharadze, Director at Broadway Platform, stated, "When we built BroadGuard, our priority was to create a solution that seamlessly connects the entire ecosystem. All player data is now consolidated within a single database, allowing information and documentation to be analyzed within seconds and transformed into actionable insights. This enables our partners to make informed, transparent, and fully auditable decisions while keeping player protection at the core of our product suite."
He further emphasized the success of their initiative to lower the fraud ratio to below 1%. Samkharadze noted that in particularly challenging fraud environments like Mozambique and Ghana, they managed to decrease the withdrawal-to-deposit ratio by 10%, ultimately helping operators enhance their risk management, boost operational efficiency, and provide a safer player experience.
